Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.


7. Limitation of Liability

AMS Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.


8. Amendments

AMS Digital reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
